Bleeding Hart Cover

A cover for author Conor Metz for the horror novel of the same name; I previously illustrated another of his novel's cover, Castillo Cove. The request was to show LA under a blood red sky; researching, I realised how many US media happening in LA I actually consume because everything looked familiar ;) Eventually to make the idea of spiky teeth-looking buildings work, I collaged the buildings that can't be seen like this from any angle that I know of.
