The Disagreement

This illustration of pirates getting all stabby and shooty was created for the Sons of the Singularity book Between the Devil and the Deep, an RPG setting in the 17th century Caribbean.
Multi-figure illustrations are always hard and fights should be chaotic, so this was a two-fold challenge for me, especially since the publisher was rather specific about weaponry. The map is not of any real place but was created just for this purpose.
