RPG Shapeshifter portraits

These two portraits show the same character who has the ability - or curse maybe - to change her shape as well as her personality, so maybe I should've said split personality portrait rather than shapeshifter. She's being played in a homebrew setting that I haven't learned a whole lot about except that it's apparently still being built, so the players are really doing the first round of playtesting. One of the two is called Nira and the other Mera, and through the whole communication with the client I kept confusing them, so I settled on calling them the nice one and the mean one.
